A tailor-made HR strategy for business goals
My ambition as People Director is to actively support the implementation of the company's strategy and transformation processes, and to be a catalyst for organizational growth. I want to continue strengthening the connection between business and people, because people are the greatest strength of any business. The pace of a company's development and the sustainability of its success depend on their competencies, commitment, and motivation.
