She is a manager with 25 years of experience in HR, consulting, and management, and has been with the organization for over 4 years. The new director assumes responsibility for shaping the personnel strategy, which will secure the process of Britenet’s further business scaling and development.

As the new People Director at Britenet, Dominika Kowalska will be responsible for the company’s overall HR strategy. In her role, she will focus on actively supporting transformational processes and the dynamic scaling of Britenet's business. Business know-how driving HR strategy

Dominika Kowalska has been a part of the Britenet team for over four years, and her appointment as People Director is the result of an internal promotion. In her new role, she will leverage not only her excellent understanding of the organization's specifics, but also the comprehensive knowledge gained previously in diverse business environments - from dynamic Polish companies to international corporations. The unique combination of her skills as a psychologist, coach, and trainer, paired with solid business experience, will allow the new People Director to adopt a flexible approach to challenges and gain a deep understanding of market mechanisms.

Before joining Britenet, Kowalska served as HR Business Partner and Development Manager at an international retail group (Bricoman, ADEO). Within those structures, she built the development and training department from the ground up and subsequently implemented the HR Business Partnering model. Earlier, she spent many years working in consulting firms as a consultant, manager, and account manager, leading complex projects for companies in the IT, medical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors. This broad market experience, combined with several years of tenure within Britenet, now allows her to effectively translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
